ARTICLE 1 – PRICES
1.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes and excluding participation in the costs of treatment and shipping. (see availability and delivery).
1.2 – All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
1.3- LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉES COSMÉTIQUES / FUNLINE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the orders, subject to availability on this date. LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉES COSMÉTIQUES / FUNLINE also reserves the right, in the event of a product being permanently out of stock, to exchange it for an equivalent product at the same price. In case of non-satisfaction, the customer will be able to refuse the exchange and send back the article for a new exchange or ask for a refund. In this case, LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉES COSMÉTIQUES / FUNLINE will be responsible for the return postage costs (reimbursement will be made on written request by the customer and on presentation of proof, on the basis of the economic postal rate in force).
1.4 – Retention of title clause: the products shall remain the property of LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉES COSMÉTIQUES / FUNLINE SAS until full payment has been received by LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉES COSMÉTIQUES / FUNLINE SAS.

These deadlines are given subject to availability of products
For shipments in France :
Delivery in 1 to 2 working days, by Colissimo Standard (service of the French Post Office).
For shipments to the European Union (outside France):
Delivery in 2 to 5 working days, by Colissimo International (service of the French Post Office), depending on the country of destination;

ARTICLE 5 – SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 7 days (from the date of delivery) to request an exchange or refund of your order to our customer service at the following address: contact@toy-cleaner.com
However, this is only applicable for items returned under the following conditions:
- All products, unused and unopened in their original packaging.
The risks associated with the return of the article (loss or deterioration) shall be borne by the Customer, as well as the cost of sending the Customer to LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉES COSMÉTIQUES / FUNLINE SAS.
In case of exchange the customer will have to join to his return a fixed check of 8.5 € for the expenses of sending of the new chosen article. Any product returned used or with damaged packaging will be destroyed at the expense of the customer, it can not be refunded or exchanged. The request for reimbursement by check must be clear and precise otherwise a credit note will be issued for the amount of the returned product(s).
ARTICLE 6 –LIABILITY
The products offered are in conformity with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France. The photographs, texts, graphics, information and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual.
